Your Story: 
Raised & academically educated to be a "CIVILIZED, EDUCATED Om-Na" (WHITE) but CARRY "OLD BLOOD" through my MOTHER's BLOOD LINE. Served in the US Military in the 1970's.  Returned to the TRADITIONS and academia in the 1980's. Received my BA in Criminal Justice Administration with an emphisis in the LAW (In addition to a two year law degree from Federal Law Enforcement in 1979-1980).  ALSO majored in Psychology and Anthropology with an emphisys in Native American Studies from Cal State Fullerton. Graduate Advisor to CSF "Inter Tribal Student Councel" and worked with various Alcohol Rehab Programs, Job Placement Assistance, and PowWow Committies from the 1980' - 1990's. Due to sight loss & medical problems no longer able to drive since  FEB 1990. Resided at Indian Springs Ranch and assisted in on site teaching of Inner-City School children and other groups there.  Included "TRADITIONAL" Games & Stories. (Traditional Socialization and learning styles).  Assisted with TITLE 8 & Title ( "INDIAN EDUCATION" Programs in the 1990's. Worked with many RECOGNISED TRADITIONAL ELDERS and Medicine Society Members including: Edgar Monatache, Jake WhiteCrow, Phillis Big-Left-Hand, Grandfather Semu Huarte, Little Crow, David Murdock, Grandmother Bertha Grove, Grandmother Paula (Central Band Cherokee Medicine Society Elder), Cal FastWolf, and others.
