My name is Elena Perez. I'm from Santa Fe, NM. My family is from Picuris and Cochiti Pueblos. I'm 25 years old. I'm finishing up a dual degree in Audio Production Technologies and Music Business at Mesa Community College in Mesa, AZ. My dream is to own and operate an independent record label that identifies, promotes, produces, and distributes native artists whose passion is expressed through popular music genres, i.e. country, hip hop, death metal, and punk. Right now I'm working on gaining experience and establishing a strong social network with artists, studios, producers, labels, etc. I also do promotions for Sierra Broadcasting in Scottsdale, AZ.
